Teacher Candidates
3.1 Teacher candidates should be able to identify evidence-based instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
3.2 Teacher candidates should have awareness of how to effectively scaffold instruction for all students.
Leader Candidates
3.1 Leader candidates should be able to identify, describe instructional strategies that have been proven effective in promoting student learning across diverse populations.
3.2 Leader candidates should also be able incorporate differentiated instruction to address the varying needs of students, including those with disabilities, English language learners, and students at risk of academic or behavioral challenges.
3.3 Leader candidates should be able to incorporate ongoing assessment and data analysis to monitor students progress and inform instructional decisions, ensuring that interventions are responsive to individual student needs.
