The CEEDAR Center is committed to providing technical assistance that supports states in improving their professional learning systems to better support teaching and leading that improve equitable outcomes for every student with disabilities. Our primary policy lever areas include: (a) certification/licensure/standards; (b) teacher and leader preparation; (c) program evaluation, review, and approval. Our priorities in these areas include: (a) alignment and communication; (b) data collection and use; and (c) equity and access.
